Autumn is finally upon us, which could only mean it’s the season of endless pumpkin spice recipes, pumpkin carving, apple picking and the scenery of leaves changing color. The only thing missing is the perfect Autumn-inspired libations to enjoy all season long.
Here is an array of cocktails that are suited to this time of year. Flavors and colors are really lovely and you will be happy you tried at least one of these cocktails. Personally, I want to try all of them. The mix of flavor ingredients make these sound absolutely delicious!
Fall-Inspired Cocktails
Chipotle Apple Cider Margarita
Ingredients:
1.5 oz. Tanteo® Chipotle Tequila
4 oz. Hot Apple Cider
1 oz. Fresh Orange Juice
0.5 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
0.75 oz. Light Agave Nectar
Directions:
Combine ingredients in a warmed Toddy Glass Stir to mix flavors. Top with cinnamon and nutmeg.
Blood Orange Margarita
Ingredients:
2 oz. Corralejo Reposado Tequila
3 oz. Fresh Blood Orange Juice
¾ fresh Lime Juice
1 oz. Simple syrup
Method:
Rub the rim of an old fashioned glass (or whatever similar vessel you prefer to drink out of) with an edge of a blood orange slice. Swirl the rim through a small pile of Koher or Sea Salt to the Rim.
Combine a few cubes of ice into a salted glass.
Strain the cocktail into the glass and enjoy.
NOTE: 1 basic simple syrup is a 1:1 ratio of sugar dissolved in water.
Example—one cup of sugar dissolved into one cup water
Apple Lemon Drop
Ingredients:
2 ounces Seagram’s Apple Vodka
1 ounce lemon juice
1 ounce simple syrup
Sugar (for rim)
Method:
Rim your glass with sugar.
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake hard to chill and combine ingredients.
Strain into your glass.
Garnish + Enjoy!
Melbourne Apple Sour
Ingredients:
2 oz Starward Two-Fold Whisky
3/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1/4 oz Simple Syrup
1/2 oz Egg White
Apple Cider, to top
Method:
Combine ingredients except for the apple cider in a shaker without ice.
Shake vigorously to whip up the egg whites.
Then add ice and shake again until very cold.
Double strain into a coupe glass and float apple cider on top.
A NOTORIOUS COBBLER

Ingredients
1.5 oz of Proper No. Twelve Irish Whiskey
.75 oz Tio Peppe Fino Sherry
.25 Lejay Casis
.5oz agave
2 lemons muddled
Mint sprig garnish
Method:
Muddle the lemons in a shaker,
Add in the Irish Whiskey and shake well for about 30 seconds,
Add in the Sherry, Agave, and Casis and shake again for another 30 seconds
Strain well into a tall glass filled with ice.
Garnish with mint sprig
Boucha Berry Fall
Ingredients
2 ounces of Seagram’s Extra Smooth
1/2 ounce of mixed berry syrup
top with kombucha (I used strawberry lemonade kombucha)
Garnish with mixed berry pick
Method
Add everything to a shaker except the kombucha
Shake then strain into a wine glass
Top with kombucha and garnish with a mixed berry pick
