10 Ways to Add More Mental and Physical Wellness to Your Days

1)Meditate.  You can find a guided meditation on YouTube to lift your spirits while keeping you grounded. (see the guided meditation above!)

2)Stretch and exercise. Find a few minutes every day to do this. There are plenty of videos on YouTube to help guide you.

3) Bake cookies or your favorite treat to look forward to at the end of the day (or as an afternoon treat!)

4) Listen to music that makes you sing, dance, or just let loose.

5) Enjoy comedy. Whether it’s watching a funny movie or listening to a stand-up set from your favorite comedian, enjoy something that will make you laugh.

6) Reconnect with someone you haven’t spoken to in a while. Or, check in on your friends and loved ones.

7) Work on an art project. Whether it’s painting, doodling, or sketching – find a way to release creativity.

8)Curate a vision board. This can be done by hand or using a site like Pinterest. Set goals and find visuals to support them.

9) Clean something – whether it be your desk or your inbox, cleaning something can help you feel invigorated.

10) Have something to look forward to at the end of the day, such as reading a chapter of a great book.
