Saphira of Peanut.Head’s Wondersmoothie Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 avocado
  • 3/4 cup frozen mango
  • @capaofruit mango, cashew, coconut smoothie ball
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1 dollop coconut yogurt
  • 1 scoop fiber
  • 2 scoops collagen powder
  • A squeeze of lime to amp it to the next tropical style level

I haven’t created my Wondersmoothie recipe yet, but I know what I will put into it:

I am a big fan of  berries and fruit. If it’s not available in the market as fresh, I buy frozen
blueberries (frozen),
mango (frozen),
cherries (frozen),
blackberries (frozen),
raspberries (frozen),
pineapple (fresh or frozen)
Green Valley plain yogurt,
grated carrots,
a small handful of spinach if  I have it,

PLUS my capao which will likely be the mango and coconut one because they are so tropical!
Whip it all up in the blender with lots of ice
I will pour it into a tall glass and drink it slowly.
I will post a photo here when I get it made.

Thanks to Capao for this fun and healthy snack!
