The details on this dress are amazing with a sheer skirt with embellishment and the tutu-esque skirt topped with a jacket and the exploding sleeves in the same material as the skirt.
It’s not a dress that works for just anyone but for someone with a lot of confidence and doesn’t feel overwhelmed by the components and layers of the dress. And of course, Cate looks dynamite in this dress!
