Cocktail of the MONTH.. for APRIL! The Green Fairy! You Will LOVE this One!

Thanks to my friends at Absente for this great cocktail for the Month of April: The GREEN FAIRY!
While you look at the cocktail recipe, you might think that there are too many ingredients. This recipe is amazing!
The blend of Absente Refined, Lillet Blanc, Gin and elderflower liqueur is an interesting blend that provides a beautiful balance of flavors!
The Absente Refined give the cocktail balance and prevents it from being too sweet!

The Green Fairy made with Absente Refined

Ingredients:

0.5 oz Absente Refined 110
1 oz Elderflower Liqueur ( I recommend St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur! It’s MY favorite elderflower spirit!)
0.75 oz Lillet Blanc (This is a key part of the cocktail!)

0.25 oz Gin (Go with your choice of Gin, however if you want something new, I recommend Hendricks’ NEPTUNIA Gin.)
0.25 oz Lemon Juice

Method:

Stir over ice,
Strain into a coupe glass.
Garnish with lemon peel.

You might want to make this a pitcher cocktail for Easter or Mother’s Day!
