The Scapegrace G & T
It all starts with Black Gin. Yes. Black Gin. But that’s not all, this utterly delicious Scapegrace Black Gin is the world’s first naturally black gin.
The kicker? When mixed with tonic and/or citrus, Scapegrace Black goes from noir to light lavender. This G & T will turn a lovely shade of purple-red.
Certainly Unique.
Ingredients
- 1 2/3 oz. Scapegrace Black
- 5 oz. Tonic Water
- Slice of Green Apple
Method
- Fill the glass with ice
- Add Scapegrace Black
- Top with Tonic Water
- Garnish with a slice of Green Apple
Note your drink will turn from nature’s Black to a delicious shade of Red (see the photo above)!
The Opihr G & T
This spiced gin is a wonderful alternative to the norm. Crafted with Italian juniper, Spanish orange peel, and Turkish grapefruit peel,
German angelica root, spicy Indonesian cubeb berries, Indian Tellicherry black pepper, ginger, cardamom, and Moroccan coriander,
this gin takes its inspiration from the Ancient Spice Route. A novel flavor that is perfect for fall.
Ingredients
- 50 ml Opihr Spiced Gin
- Aromatic tonic water
- Optional:Juniper essential oil*
- Grapefruit peel to garnish
METHOD
Build in our globe glass (or a Collins glass) with ice.
Stir down and garnish with grapefruit peel.
*If using the essential oil, add a couple of droplets to the glass with the ice,
Stir down before building with the remaining ingredients.
