The other day I got an email with a link to this video. Why I got it, I have not a clue— other than someone wants some exposure and realized that I would tune into this.
Here is Katy Perry in a photo shoot that looks like it’s not much fun for Perry. She’s standing there in that killer outfit circa David Bowie’s early days or Flash Gordon (take your pick). She’s definitely got the gams for it.

What I found interesting is that she wasn’t the focal point of *this* video but the photographer, Mike Ruiz, was. He’s got nice muscles, a darn good photographic set-up that is typical for most busy (*and popular) photographers today. Great watch— something I noticed right off, so he’s doing well. He’s done a lot of celebs: Eva Longoria, Jennifer Lopez, La Lohan and others— photographically and video.

What I would have liked to have seen was more of Katy Perry getting ready, getting direction and changes of sets or poses. This one pose was a bit sterile but I do love Katy Perry in gold lame. Wow.. she’s got the hair style and the body to work the look.
