Are you into tea? I am! I drink it every day– about a quart in the AM. I like various teas. Some are organic herbal, others are black or green teas. Some are flavored with botanicals; others are just what they say they are. But for the most part, if brewed properly, tea is extremely healthy for you because it has lots of anti-oxidants. Different teas have different amounts of anti-oxidants and healthful ingredients. Tea is often seen as very sweet drink– and it can be. Personally I take mine straight up, no sugar, black, green, just let me brew it and drink it.

Five Crowns & SideDoor Have a New Chef to Create Hot New Dishes!
Five Crowns, a member of the Lawry’s family of restaurants, and its sister restaurant, SideDoor, have announced the hiring of Executive Chef Greg Harrison. Harrison will take the lead from Chef Ryan O’Melveny Wilson, who will continue as the Executive Chef for Lawry’s Restaurants, Inc. Five Crowns and SideDoor are based in Corona Del Mar on Pacific Coast Highway in Orange County. Five Crowns is a high end restaurant that’s been a staple of the culinary landscape of Southern California.
