Author This post was delayed due to a problem with the video that I had received. While I did interview Marc Silverstein and we had a great conversation, unfortunately the video I got froze in one spot — and the video would not advance but the audio worked just fine. What I have done to be able to present these cool tools & gadgets from Marc Silverstein, consumer expert at DailyLounge.com is to feature the generic video (complete with his audio) but also include MY audio from my direct interview with him as a podcast/mp3 file.

I discovered eSalon with a couple of clicks and sent them a note asking to learn more about what they were doing. I had gone through the ordering process but I had questions– lots of questions and I got an email from the PR for esalon.com. They sent me information and I asked more questions. So we set up a date for me to visit the office for eSalon.com which happens to be in the greater LA area.
