AJ Feuerman -- aka Confessions of a Fat Girl ( and star of the YouTube Video I wrote about on this blog.. have had some conversations of late. Some about some stuff on my blog, some about some stuff on her blog-- the most recent one being this Confessions of a Fat Girl post entitled Um... NO.

With a title like that, I had to check it out-- and about fell out of my chair. (thankfully short legs mean short chairs and that comes in handy so I don't have far to fall).
If you have been paying attention to this blog recently, you will have seen some posts about fitness. Fitness is a habit- a healthy habit. It requires effort and work. If it were easy, it would be sold in a bottle and everyone would be fit.
Well that's so not happening-- and if you check out this video that AJ featured on her blog, you would agree that it's not going to happen with this device either.

The Hawaii Chair-- where you hula yourself thin or fitter while you sit at your desk.
Hmm makes me wonder if I could fall over faster, easier with this hula chair. Imagine sitting in this chair watching tv! Or better yet-- during the Super Bowl...... nahhhhhhhhh someone is sure to knock you over.
