I kind of think this photo says it all– don’t you think so? If you are wondering where Fashion Island is, it’s a shopping mecca in the OC (that’s Orange County — sort of like our dearly departed and much mourned tv show) south of South Coast Plaza. You can see that there is a nice little discount >
attached to a purchase and if you get there EARLY there’s another incentive for the first 25 shoppers!!
It’s DEFINITELY worth the drive and American Rag et Cie has clothing and accessories for men and women as well as a stellar little home furnishings section and a nice little cafe to tide him over while you shop till you drop (or is that swoon) over Cynthia Vincent’s amazing collection.
Unfortunately (or is that fortunately for my plastic rectangle of $$$), I will be in NYC. *sigh* event number 11 I will miss this week. DARN!!
So I am asking YOU to promise to go see the Cynthia Vincent Trunk Show at American Rag on Saturday and let me know what you think. What did you like? What did you buy? What did you think of the store.? (PS great vintage!
