The KIN are back out on the road for some serious summer music and you shouldn’t miss this chance to catch the most “indie” of indie rock bands. With a sound that is unlike anything else out there, it’s worth it just to see the energy and passion that emanates from tthe stage when they start performing.
The new album, ‘Rise & Fall’ is IN STORES Tuesday, September 11, 2007 and the Kin will start touring again in September for the release.
The Joe’s pub date is the main show and are playing Brooklyn next week – so all you New York City types have no excuses!! GET OUT THERE and check out this hot new band. Wondering what they sound like?
Honestly I can say that it’s like nothing out there– there are lots of musical references but some are centuries old and some are modern.. some acoustic, some techno– and let’s just say that it’s an amazing sound.

The show at the BEACH is on Friday July 6th. The Kin is playing the early set so you can get back home by 1 AM in NYC or sleep on the beach. (ooh now that sounds like fun. Bring sleeping bags and lots of fun food to eat.Now that’s a fun way of spending a Friday night.. one giant slumber party).
