These guys are PURE rock and roll with a tight sound that will grab the attention of any music junkie– particularly those who really are into the true rock and roll sound– and those into indie, alternative or other genres should give CINDER ROAD a serious listen.
SuperHuman is their NEW CD and it’ s flying out of of stores like Best Buy— so make sure you hit myspace and the Cinder Road website to give it a listen and then head out for two things: 1) buying the CD and 2) getting tickets to their next show.

The title track– SuperHuman is a great song that belies their rock and roll edge and offers a substantial weight in the lyric department. These aren’t just rock and roll junkies– they are thoughtful in the lyric department. (love the percussion and bassline too)
“Get In, Get Out” is a hot new tune off their CD and it’s moving fast and definitely has the bite that one expects of a rockin’ band. “Should Have Known Better” is something that women know but that a guy finally learns and actually says that he should have been there, treated her better and just not let her fly– providing he can catch her. The music is throbbing and moves.. Distinctly great driving music (make sure you watch the speedometer. The cops will be right behind you if you don’t!) “Back Home To You” is all about the girl he’s leaving behind to go hit the road and how he’s following his dream and she couldn’t go with him. It’s a solo road that a musician walks and he’s hoping that she’s still there when he returns. It’s a song full of truth and it rings “true” that someone has had to say those very words to someone close. It’s the reality that they deliver that makes the band so compelling in their presentation and why it’s pulling in a lot of fans.
Out on the road opening for Daughtry, they are the perfect act and work well to get the crowd totally up on their feet by the time Chris D hits the stage. Soon this band will be headlining and it won’t be a surprise because the music is a driving force and has some serious musical chops behind it.
