This is day #40 of Monika Zands’ Love Yourself Campaign. This campaign lasts for 100 days– and I will be running this Monday – Friday so that you have the opportunity to think about this campaign.. and actually catch up on the weekends if you missed a day.
Today’s tip is amazing. It makes you think– as in really dig deep and look at yourself. This might take you a couple of days. (interesting that this is posted on a Friday isn’t it?). The question or tip for today is to figure out what game are you playing to help yourself along in the “love yourself” campaign. It does require thought. I personally have had to re-think certain things; rewrite my personal script if that makes more sense. It’s about listening when someone says something wonderful about you, accept it and embrace it. Don’t allow your inner critic to diminish it or you. Because loving yourself starts from the inside out.
