Jenny McCarthy and Ryan Seacrest hosted Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve on ABC. Broadcast live from New York’s Times Square, the 5.5 hour show had the hosts enduring frigid temperatures but McCarthy was “rockin” it in style with Lisa Nik jewelry!
