Merry Christmas!! As I am planning out the different cocktails and putting two together for today, it’s a spin off the spicy and the sweet and hopefully you like the tweaks I recommend to these two cocktails!
GREY GOOSE® La Poire shines in the Gingerbread Martini!
Ingredients
1 ½ Parts GREY GOOSE® La Poire
½ Part DISARONNO® Originale Liqueur
1 ½ Parts Sparkling Apple Cider
Pinch Pumpkin Pie Spice
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Shake vigorously and strain into a martini cocktail glass.
TIPS
Top with crystalized ginger for an extraordinary presentation
Don’t have crystalized ginger? Try some toasted or spiced almonds crushed and sprinkle on top of the cocktail.
*Do both a rough crush and a fine crush. Rim the glass in the fine crush of almonds, a bit of brown sugar and spice
GREY GOOSE® CHERRY NOIR ROMAN CHERRY MARTINI
Ingredients
1 Part GREY GOOSE® Cherry Noir
½ Part ST. GERMAIN® Liqueur
1 Part Fresh Grapefruit Juice
Splash of Champagne (try Laurent Perrier for a luxe splash)
Preparation
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add first three ingredients and shake vigorously.
Strain into a martini cocktail glass.
Top with champagne or sparkling wine.
TIPS
Enhance your cocktail by presenting with a dark cherry or grapefruit twist. (Robert Lambert’s Dark Cherries in Merlot make a great addition to this cocktail!)

I like pears in everything, so i would like this recipe. Yesterday I did use the pinot noir that was left at my house to make the gin cocktail you posted…very festive.
Lovely cocktails! I do like grey goose, though I’ve never had the flavoured vodkas
xx
Glad you had a chance to try something different Pam.. Fiona, given the Grey Goose line has so many different flavors I am sure you could find at least 2 other flavors to try– from fruit to spicey to sweet. They have chocolate too….
🙂 I am all for toasting with my friends online!
