I love this series. Every year is a different spin and I love that part. That said, I love creating cocktails as much as I do drinking them (maybe more!). While I will be busy mixing, measuring and stirring, here are some very cool recipes for the 12 + days of Christmas Cocktails aptly named the 12 Drinks of Christmas.
This is DAY 1 of this series. I am featuring TYKU spirits and cocktails!

Almond Joy
RECIPE:
2.5 oz TY KU Coconut Sake,
1 oz Godiva White Chocolate Liqueur
0.5 oz Almond Liqueur (think Amaretto),
Chocolate Rim
Pour all ingredients into a shaker with lots of ice and shake really well and pour.
Do not forget to “rim” the glass !
Ty Ku Cane
Recipe:
1.5 oz TY KU Soju,
0.5 oz Citrus Liqueur,
2 oz Club Soda
Mint + Peppermint Stick Garnish
Ginger Snap
Recipe:
1.5 oz TY KU Sake Silver,
2 oz Ginger Ale,
0.5 oz Gin, (Hendricks or Bombay Sapphire are good choices)
Gingerbread Cookie Rim Garnish with Cinnamon Stick
Coconut Eggnog
3 oz TY KU Coconut Sake
2 oz low fat eggnog
Shake and pour over ice
Sprinkle with nutmeg
Poinsettia Punch
Recipe:
3 oz TY KU Sake Silver,
1.5 oz Club Soda,
0.5 oz Gin, (Hendricks or Bombay Sapphire are good choices)
0.5 oz Grenadine,
Muddled Cherries (Try the ones from Robert Lambert HERE . They are stunningly delish!)
Citrus Snow
2 oz TY KU Citrus Liqueur,
0.5 oz TY KU Soju,
1 oz Limoncello,
0.5 oz Lime Juice,
Lime Garnish, Sugar Rim
Like the other drinks, pour into a shaker filled with ice and shake till your arms hurt and then pour into a glass!
Create a list of the different cocktails you want to try (along with a link to the recipe/recipes) so you don’t have to make multiple trips to the liquor store!

I am very unfamiliar with sake. The coconut does make me want to try it again, and you brought some very good combos here in the recipes. I think coconut sake is in my future.
