I love shopping Beauty Collection. It’s such a fun place to go shopping–whether it’s online or in person. I always find great products there in bath & body, skincare, cosmetics, tools and haircare along with lots of other things. It’s always a treat to visit and I always want to buy more than my budget will allow for that particular visit. I was at the West Hollywood store for an event and I made sure I bought some new hair products while I was there.
The US has had a difficult winter with such crazy weather. Even those of us on the left coast have had our trials with oddly timed rain, cold weather in between bouts of crazy warm weather. While we know that those living where snow is still on the ground have had the worst of it, I am going to talk about some products that Beauty Collection was kind enough to share with me as key spring beauty products. They really are perfectly timed and well-chosen products because you will want all three of these products (along with a few more if you shop www.beautycollection.com
I received 3 fabulous products and I think I am in love!
This is an organic skincare line. Once you open the bottle, the clock starts ticking. It does not last forever and if you are smart, you will pass GO! and keep using this product every day! It has a lovely blackberry smell and you only apply a small amount to your skin and massage it in lightly! It’s a gorgeous serum and it’s almost gel-like but it’s very much a serum since it has a dropper. You will see softness and less dryness with this serum. I have seen changes in skin texture but I haven’t even gotten through 50% of the bottle. I apply it sparingly. It’s a great skincare line. If you like it, make a return visit to a store or to the online store for more fabulous, delicious skincare products. Eminence is an addicting line! It is really that good.
Blueberry Juice: astringent; visibly tightens the look of pores and is high in antioxidants and phyto-nutrients.
Blackberry Juice: antioxidant, astringent; visibly tightens the appearance of pores and is high in vitamins B, C, K, and Omega-3.
Hop Extract: calming; antioxidant. Pomegranate Extract: polyphenol- and antioxidant-rich (more than green tea!).
Biocomplex: an antioxidant booster of Vitamins A, Ester-C, E, Coenzyme Q10, Alpha Lipoic Acid to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and improve the appearance of skin
(See! I told you there were only great ingredients in this serum!)
What’s not to love about this fabulous scrub! It’s indicative of the Farm House Fresh line that it’s so yummy to smell and even better to exfoliate with. With great flavors/scents from the nutmeg and clove, just using it is blissful. I love the texture and I use a little at a time since it’s easy for me to go overboard with salt. I have dry skin and I need to pamper it! This product and the next product do amazing things for my legs and arms.
If you shop wisely for this product, you can get a package with a cute woven bags with a hangtag that read “Smooth as a Duck’s Butt.“. The package includes wooden spoon for scooping. Great for gifting, but make sure to buy one for yourself!
Ingredients: (Actives in italics)
Sodium Chloride, Water, Fragrance, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Sea Salt, Oryza Sativa (Rice) Bran Oil, Tocopheryl Acetate, Cocamide DEA, Sodium Hydroxymethylglycinate.
Farm House Fresh Whoopie Cream (Shea Butter for Body)
This is a uniquely packaged product that features an adorable box and a great glass bottle that indicates it’s a shea butter body cream. Thicker than the lotion, this will sink into your skin to bathe it in a pineapple like scent that you might want to eat it. DON’T do that! You want your body to have this! (If this intoxicates you enough and you want a pineapple treat or cocktail, email me. I will send you a recipe for something) This is so lush and soothing that your nose will inhale the scrumptious scent and your eyes will close for a moment or two. Indulge in a bit of reverie while you massage this into your skin because you will be transported (in your mind) to some tropical island (Kauai anyone?). It’s such a treat. The brand says it smells like a Whoopie Pie. I have no idea what that smells like but if that is the smell, I would eat a case (maybe)! It’s just amazing in scent and feel on your body.
Great for gifting, but essential for YOU to have! Love, Love LOVE!!
90% natural, vegan and gluten-free! Like all FarmHouse Fresh Products, Whoopie! Cream is Paraben & Sulfate free. –
