Wrapping Up a Holiday Weekend: Cocktail + Beverages from LaCroix, 1907 Water & Mezcal Alacran
I don’t know about you but I feel like I have been celebrating Fourth of July for a full week. Maybe it’s because of the food, products and cocktails I have been writing about but it’s been a fun evolution in seeing what I could feature. I have even had a chance to mix up some cocktails as well as fire up that grill! I am presenting in this post 4 different beverages: 2 with alcohol and 2 without. If you partied a little much last night or if you didn’t drink enough water, the first drink is a great way to re-balance your body/system so that you can be on game.
This is a relatively new water that is found only in New Zealand. The water is sourced from an acquifer in New Zealand that is totally contained and has no outlet or inlet. The great part about this water is that the ‘confined acquifer’ 680 feet deep keeps the water pure. How pure is it?
It is a alkaline water that is pure and has low mineral content. The importance is a silky feel in your mouth and a mineral-free taste. It’s easy to drink and feels as good in your mouth as it does in your body. Its’ smooth taste makes it perfect for drinking and for creating cocktails. The flavor and mouth feel profile make this water almost addictive! I had a chance to try this brand and I loved it so much I went out and bought another case. It satisfies your thirst while helping your body feel better because it’s helping the body achieve an alkaline state along with promoting a superior hydration.

LaCroix Patriotic Punch!
This sounds like such a great cocktail but it’s actually good for you. It’s based on LaCroix sparkling water (not alcohol) and it will help remedy any dehydration that you might have. What’s better (and more important) is that it tastes great! It’s not a boring beverage but something that has flavor and zip! Buy a few of these and start drinking one every day to increase your hydration.
Each can of LaCroix has natural essences to help create the flavor profile.
The flavors are derived from the natural essence oils extracted from the named fruit used in each of our LaCroix flavors. There are no sugars or artificial ingredients contained in, nor added to, these extracted flavors.
