Do You Need a {Breast} Lift? Dr. Lisa Cassileth Answers Questions about ThermiBreast Lifts!

It’s almost summer time and now that we are thinking about swimwear, slip-dresses and strapless bras, there might be something else you could consider before you book a vacation or buy any clothing. Check out your profile and see if your breasts are still as perky as they used to be. If you have lost weight, had a baby, or spent months wearing bralettes and/or going bra-less, you might find that there might be a bit of a droop. That slight bit of sag could be easily taken care of without surgery, without scars. This “magical” treatment isn’t magic, but it’s also using the fairly new technology of radio frequency– also known as RF technology. The latest use of RF  employs ThermiTight which is used for various ‘tightening’ treatments of the skin of the face, breasts and other body parts. This is a minimally invasive treatment that employs the insertion of 4 probes around the areola of the breast.

This is what ThermiTight does specifically.

During the application of ThermiTight®, a small probe heats specific tissues to a therapeutic temperature. After the application of ThermiTight®, a gentle wrap is applied and normal day to day activities and work can be resumed in 24 hours or less.

ThermiBreast outcome:
There are no scars, no long-term recovery and life is back to normal much faster than if you had a surgical breast lift or augmentation. It’s an interesting procedure for those who don’t want surgery, don’t want scars and want an improved look but want to remain as normal as possible. The improvement takes time to develop but it’s worth it for the  neatness of the procedure (in and out in one day without a hospital stay and local anesthesia)

I wanted to get more information and I turned to Dr. Lisa Cassileth, founder of Cassileth Plastic Surgery and Skincare in Beverly Hills. Dr. Cassileth is the Clinical Chief of the Division of Plastic Surgery at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, elected by her peers; and she is an Assistant Clinical professor at UCLA.

Dr. Cassileth: Patients looking for a lift greater than a few centimeters may be better suited for a surgical breast lift.

I included Yelp here for a really good reason. I spent a lot of time reading the reviews on this medical group. The insights you get on how the practice operates and what the bedside manner is of the doctors is typically reflected in Yelp review. I have never seen so many positive (and RAVE) reviews on Dr. Cassileth specifically and the practice as a whole. Her background is top-notch. Her expertise is incredible and her practice including the other doctors and staff members are incredibly sensitive and cariing about their patients. If you are seeking a breast lift or any other type of plastic surgery treatments, this would be a great place to have it done. Dr. Lisa Cassileth would be a doctor who really cares about your experience and the outcome/result of your treatments.
