Today, July 24, Jose Cuervo had people lining up at a water fountain at Hollywood and Highland. Why? In celebration of National Tequila Day, Jose Cuervo replaced water in drinking fountains around Los Angeles (Hollywood and also West Hollywood) with chilled tequila to help (of age) passersby cure Monday blues.

In a fight against the blandest day (Monday), H2Ceurvo turned the blandest drink – water – into tequila with an unexpected shot of Cuervo Silver at a water fountain at Hollywood and Highland.

Must be 21 or older to participate. Jose Cuervo Fountains will be open to the public only on Monday, July 24, 2017 beginning at 12pm PT and will remain open until 7pm PT or while supplies last, whichever is sooner.
A valid government issued photo I.D. must be presented to receive a serving. Limit one (1) serving of Jose Cuervo tequila per person. Servings will be provided on a first come, first serve basis. There is no guarantee that everyone who wants a serving will have the opportunity to receive one. Servings are provided “as is” and no chaser, mixer, salt, or lime will be provided. Servings will be provided at no cost, if permitted by local law; if local law prohibits free servings, you will be charged by the retailer for the serving. No substitutions will be provided. Your participation in this promotion may be filmed, photographed and otherwise recorded by Jose Cuervo and its representatives (“Fountain Footage”) and the Fountain Footage shall be owned by Jose Cuervo who, along with its designees, successors, assigns and licensees, shall have the right to reproduce, distribute, display, perform, create derivative works based upon, or otherwise exploit the Fountain Footage and all elements embodied therein, along with your name, biographical information, likeness, performance, voice or image, in whole or in part, together with other materials, in any manner or media now known or hereafter devised (including, without limitation, posting the Fountain Footage on Jose Cuervo’s websites and social media pages or accounts), throughout the world in perpetuity, for advertising, promotional and other purposes, without further compensation or notification to, or permission from, you.
