I know what’s on your to-do list this weekend. It’s about getting ready for Thanksgiving. Regardless if you are hosting a dinner or going elsewhere for Thanksgiving, you should think about the cocktails you would like to sip during the meal and after!
Thanks to Mezcal El Silencio, I have 2 fabulous cocktails that are great sips and will win you praises from every guest!
There are two cocktails: Noir and also Holiday in Oaxaca!.

Mezcal El Silencio’s Cafe Noir
Ingredients:
· 2 oz. El Silencio Espadin
· 1 oz. Galliano Ristretto
· 1 Double Shot Espresso (2 oz.) (canned double shot espresso will work)
· Cinnamon Stick
· Vanilla Bean
Method:
Pour everything into a large coffee mug,
Stir with Cinnamon Stick & Vanilla Bean,
Serve in a latte cup or your favorite coffee mug.
Mezcal El Silencio’s Holiday in Oaxaca:
Ingredients:
· 1.5 oz. Espadin
· 1 oz. Cranberry Syrup (1 part unsweetened Cranberry Juice to 1 part sugar)
· 0.5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
· Soda Water
· Rosemary Sprig
Method:
Get a cocktail shaker and fill with ice.
Add in the first three ingredients,
Shake well for at least 20 seconds.
Shake and strain into a Collins glass.
Top off with soda water and garnish with a rosemary sprig.
