For Mackenzie’s look for the Nutcracker Premiere we wanted to play up the theme of the movie. Her stunning CHANEL gown really was my inspiration. I wanted her skin and body to glow like her dress and her eyes to pop. We went for soft smoky bronze eye, glowing skin and a little pop of color on the lip.

I prepared Mackenzie’s skin with the CHANEL Hydra Beauty Crème for major hydration and then the CHANEL Le Blanc Light Creator Brightening Makeup Base in Rosée to prime her skin for makeup.

Mackenzie’s skin is beyond flawless so we didn’t use a lot of foundation. I used a very small amount of CHANEL Vitalumière Aqua in 10 Beige to even out her skin and then used little of the CHANEL Le Correcteur de CHANEL in 10 Beige under the eye to even out and brighten.
To finish, I dusted her face with CHANEL Poudre Universelle Libre in 20 Clair Translucent 1 to take the edge off the shine and set the base.

I used a small amount of CHANEL Joues Contraste in Quintessence on the apple of the cheek to give a naturally flushed look. Then applied a little of Le Lion de CHANEL Illuminating Powder on the cheekbones to give a stunning glow to the skin.

The eyes we the main focus. I used CHANEL Ombre Première Longwear Powder Eyeshadow in Cuivre Lamé to create this look. I created the smoky eye by applying the color on the lid blending it up into the crease, and added a little of CHANEL Ombre Première Longwear Powder Eyeshadow in Noir Lamé on the lash line for depth and to smoke out the lash line. I brought these colors underneath the eye to really get it smoky and gorgeous.

Next, I applied two layers of Le Volume Révolution de CHANEL in Noir, making sure to push and wiggle the product into the lashes to make them full and fluffy. For a little more drama to make the lashes full and fluffy then added a few individual Ardell lashes to really open up her eyes and make the lashes fluffier. I very finely lined the eye with Signature de CHANEL in Noir to cover the lash join and finish off the eye.

I shaped and sculpted Mackenzie’s brows with CHANEL Stylo Sourcils Waterproof in Brun Profond.

Her lips we kept soft but with a hint of color, using the deep pink lip color from CHANEL La Palette Caractère.
