Ingredients:
· 2 oz. of Mezcal El Silencio Espadin
· 1 oz. of Agave Nectar
· 1 Lime
Method:
Combine w/ Ice Shake and Strain
Smoky Paloma:
Ingredients:
· 2 oz. of Mezcal El Silencio Espadin
· 1 Lime Wedge
· Fill w/ Grapefruit Soda
Method:
Squeeze Lime Wedge and drop it into the glass
Paloma Spritz:

Ingredients:
· Mezcal El Silencio Espadin
· Reposado Tequila
· Grapefruit (the fruit, Not the juice)
· Sparkling Rose
· Salt
Method:
Rim a tall glass with salt
Fill the glass with ice,
Add in the spirits and stir well,
Float the Sparkling Rose on top.
Garnish with a slice of grapefruit.
