+ 2oz Nosotros Tequila Reposado
+ 3-5oz of Squirt
Method:
Build Tequila and Squirt in a glass over ice.
Garnish with a grapefruit slice. Enjoy.

The Lazy Whale
Ingredients:
+ 2 oz Gray Whale Gin
+ 3/4 oz lavender syrup – Directions for lavender syrup are below
+ 1/4 oz Parfait Amour liqueur (You can find various brands of Parfait Amour at Total Wines + More and BevMo from Marie Brizard, Bols, Giffard. Check with your store as they are various prices.)
+ 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
+ soda water (to taste)
Method:
Add all ingredients except soda water to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Shake vigorously and strain into a glass.
Garnish with a sprig of lavender.
Lavender Syrup recipe:
Ingredients:
1 cup sugar,
1 cup water,
2 tablespoons dried culinary lavender
Method:
Add ingredients to a saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the sugar has dissolved<
When the syrup comes to a simmer, cook for 2 more minutes.
Remove from heat and allow the syrup to steep for 10 minutes.
Strain out lavender and chill before use.
