Novo Fogo Sparkling Caipirinha – Lime, Passionfruit Lime, Mango-Lime
Novo Fogo, a 100% Certified Organic and Zero-Waste Cachaça distillery in the south of Brazil, offers a popular line of Sparkling Caipirinhas with three flavors: Original Lime, Passion Fruit-Lime and Mango-Lime. The trio of these canned cocktails offer consumers a variety of ways to enjoy Novo Fogo’s carbonated twist on Brazil’s national cocktail.
200ml cans, ($3.99 per can; $15.99 per four-pack)
Tanteo Sparkling Margarita
Ingredients:
2 oz. Tanteo Blanco Tequila
1 oz. Sparkling Wine or Club Soda
3/4 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
3/4 oz. Agave Nectar
Directions:
Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice
Stir well and strain into a chilled Coupe Glass Garnish with a lemon twist
Tanteo Tequila Smokey Vanilla Sour
Ingredients:
1 ½ Oz. Tanteo Chipotle Tequila
1/2 Oz. Cointreau
1/2 Oz. Monin Vanilla Syrup
1 Oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
Directions:
Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice.
Shake well and strain into a chilled Champagne Coupe Glass.
Crystal Head Vodka Nightcap
Ingredients:
1 1⁄2 oz. Crystal Head Vodka
1⁄2 oz. premium coffee liqueur
1 freshly brewed espresso shot
Chocolate shavings or coffee beans
Directions:
Pour Crystal Head, coffee liqueur, and espresso into a shaker filled with ice.
Shake vigorously to create froth then strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with chocolate shavings or finely crushed coffee beans
Corralejo Passionate Souls Paloma
Ingredients:
1 1⁄2 oz. Corralejo Reposado
1⁄4 oz. Simple Syrup
3⁄4 oz. Lemon Juice
1 oz. Passion Fruit Pureé
5 Dashes Cayenne Tincture
3 Drops Angostura Bitters
Top with Grapefruit Soda or Grapefruit Beer
Rim with Tajín
Rocks Ice
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except for grapefruit beer into a cocktail shaker, shake thoroughly.
Rim the Collins glass with Tajín, then add fresh rocks ice.
Hawthorne and fine strain the cocktail over rocks in the glass, then top off the cocktail with grapefruit soda or grapefruit beer.
Garnish with a dried blood orange wheel and a torched grapefruit half-moon.
Tod & Vixen’s Six Seeds By Ali Martin at The Up & Up
Ingredients:
1 oz Tod & Vixen’s Dry Gin 1651
.75 oz Grapefruit Juice
.5 oz Lemon Juice
.5 oz Grenadine
2 Dash Peychaud’s
Sparkling wine
Directions:
Shake with two Orange Peels.
Strain into Coupe Glass
Top with Dry Sparkling Wine.
Naked, Famous, & Laughing
Ingredients:
.75 Vamonos Riendo Mezcal
.75 Aperol
.75 Lime
.75 Falernum
Maraschino Cherry
Method:
Shake with ice and strain into a Nick & Nora glass.
Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
Please drink carefully and realize that Drinking and Driving DEFINITELY are not a good combination.
