Rum Old Pal

Ingredients:
1oz Zaya Rum
1oz Campari
1oz white Vermouth
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.
Stir for around 30 seconds to chill and combine ingredients.
Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
Garnish & Enjoy!
SUPERFLY
Brancamenta
1.5 oz Zaya Rum
METHOD:
Pour Zaya Rum into a glass mug, and add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters.
Steam 7oz of whole milk with 40 g Valrhona Caraibe 66% dark chocolate, and pour into the mug.
Stir 5 oz of Branca Menta, and 2 tablespoons of superfine sugar into 26 oz heavy cream, dissolving the sugar
.
Pour this mixture into an iSi whipped cream canister, load 2 cream chargers, chill and dispense.
Zaya Ginger Tropic
Ingredients:
- 2 ounces Zaya Rum
- ¾ ounce of lime juice
- 4 ounces of ginger beer
Method
Fill highball glass with ice
Add lime juice then ginger beer then rum
