Resolutions are typical for January. How long any resolution lasts is an entirely different discussion! While it’s easy for me to suggest some for you, many have asked me about MY resolutions!
1) I want to “eat clean”–meaning I want to eat more plant-based meals and snacks. I will be eating less meat and ditching processed food.
**To be honest, I don’t eat a lot of processed food. I lost my taste for it a couple of years ago and I can look at a bag of potato chips and eat 2-3 chips and call it a day.
