Great Cocktail for Your Labor Day Get-Togethers..No Matter Where You Are

Labor Day Celebrations often involve great food and interesting beverages in a variety of locations which could be your home, a park,  a pool, or at someone else’s house.
Here are several cocktails that you can serve. The range of beverages includes canned cocktails and other cocktails that require a little time to mix up and a couple that require a bit more effort.  I hope you have a chance to try at least a couple of these. The range of spirits and how the cocktail recipe is presented is pretty wide!

NOLET’S Berry Independent Punch 

This is one yummy and fruity punch!

 

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups NOLET’S Silver Gin

1/2 cup Chambord Liqueur

1/2 cup Maraschino Cherry Liqueur

2 1/2 cups Lemonade

1/4-1/2 cup Simple Syrup

1 cup Blackberries or Blueberries

1 cup Strawberries

1 cup Raspberries

 

Method:
Puree fruit in a blender and strain out solids or juice fresh berries in a juicer.
Mix berry juice with NOLET’S Silver Gin, Chambord, and Maraschino Liqueur with lemonade in a large pitcher or punchbowl.
Taste for sweetness and adjust with simple syrup as needed.
Add ice to the mixture, and serve over ice with fruit or floral garnish in a rocks glass.

 

SVEDKA Star-Spangled Collins 

 

Ingredients

1 1/2 Parts SVEDKA Spirit Edition 80P

3/4 Part Fresh Lime Juice

3/4 Part Simple Syrup

5 Raspberries

3 Blueberries

2 Pineapple stars

Splash Soda Water

 

Instructions

  • SLICE a pineapple (like a loaf of bread) and carefully cut out pineapple pieces with a small star stencil.
  • ADD SVEDKA, lime juice, simple syrup, and ice in a cocktail shaker.
  • SHAKE for 10–15 seconds.
  • STRAIN over fresh ice in a Collins glass.
  • TOP with soda water.
  • GARNISH with raspberries, blueberries, and pineapple stars.

 

Pina Colada

 

 

 

Ingredients

2 oz. Argonaut Speculator Brandy

½ oz. Fresh Lime Juice

2 oz. Pineapple Juice

1 oz. Coconut Cream

1 oz. Coconut Milk⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

 

Method:
Add ingredients into an ice filled cocktail shaker.
Shake vigorously until chilled.
Strain into a glass filled with crushed ice
Garnish with a pineapple wedge.

 

 

The Americano 



Ingredients: 

1 part (1 oz) Campari

1 part (1 oz) Cinzano 1757 Rosso Vermouth di Torino 

Splash of soda water

 

Method: 

Pour the ingredients directly in an old-fashioned glass filled with ice cubes,
Add a splash of soda water and garnish with an orange slice and lemon peel.

 

 

Bold + Mint Tea– Created by NYC based mixologist, Pamela Wiznitzer

 

Ingredients:

4 oz Brooklyn Hibiscus tea-infused Ecco Domani [Wine Limited-edition Designer Label created by Jeremy Scott]

.5 oz simple syrup 

.75 oz lime juice

Fresh Mint 

Garnish: Lime wheels along the inside of the glass

 

Method:
In a glass, add one tea bag with 4 oz of Ecco Domani wine. Allow it to sit for 15 minutes.
In a highball glass or another glass of your choosing, add ice
Layout  the lime wheels alongside the inside of the wall of the glass (being held in place with the ice),
Add the simple syrup and lime juice into the infusion after 15 minutes.
Stir and pour over the highball glass.
Garnish with fresh mint on top.
