Stevie’s Note: Are you thinking about creating a bar area in your home?

This is the perfect time to put one together ..before Thanksgiving,  Christmas, Hanukkah,  New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day so that you can entertain friends and/or family at home.  Regardless of how much space you have in your home, you can find a spot so you can set up glassware, spirits and mixers so people can mix up their own cocktails and YOU can spend more time enjoying  your company.

Cassandra Rosas has written a great article about how to build your own home bar:
Get Shaking – How to Create a Bar in a Tight Space & Mix Like a Pro!

This article is quite detailed in discussing how you can create a “bar” space. Once you find the space and set up the bar space, the discussion turns to the spirits, mixers, glassware, and other cocktail tools you need to have.

Having this type of bar means when you see a collection of cocktails as shown in this article about various cocktails (above), you can  easily create several different types of cocktails because you already have mixers and other extras that make a cocktail stand out.

I am featuring  Cassandra Rosas’ article here so that you can get creative and find a space in your own home so that you too can do some impromptu entertaining or have a holiday party and be able to provide a range of different cocktails easily!
Happy Holidays!!

Thanks to all of these spirit brands for all the great cocktail recipes and the range of creativity that many went to in order to create spectacularly-themed Halloween cocktails!
