courtesy of Jessica Christensen, mixologist for Graton’s lounges and bars
(Sky Lounge, G Bar, Lobby Bar, Pool Bar, 8 Bar, and 630 Park Bar).
Witches Brew
Ingredients:
1 oz Casamigos Blanco
½ oz Cointreau
1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1 oz Aquafaba
Method:
Drop 4 blackberries into a shaker tin and muddle add in all other ingredients and ice.
Shake for about 15 seconds
Strain into a collins glass over fresh ice.
Garnish with a blackberry.
Pumpkin Spice Old Fashioned
Ingredients:
1 ¼ oz Bulleit Bourbon
¼ oz Maple Syrup
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Cinnamon Stick Garnish
Method:
Add all ingredients into a rocks glass.
Add ice and Stir,
garnish with your cinnamon stick.
Snow Day Martini
Ingredients:
1 oz Stoli Vanil
1 oz Mozart White Chocolate Vanilla Liqueur
Half a Tin Full of Whipped Cream
Process:
Add all ingredients into a shaker tin.
Then add ice, shake, and strain into a chilled martini glass with a sugared rim.
