The Latin-infused Fuego restaurant sets the holiday mood with its festively decorated ‘Winter Wonderland’ Cabana
for up to 15 guests, which is available by reservation now through Jan. 1

Fuego celebrates New Year’s Eve with a four-course, prix fixe menu that celebrates the season and offers fun-filled weekend brunches with live entertainment, a holiday “Winter Wonderland” Cabana, and a special Hotel Maya room rate.

“Fuego’s New Year’s Eve party and weekend celebration takes place in a unique open-air space with outdoor dining and a beautiful fire pit and views of the fireworks for guests’ to enjoy,” said Greg Guthrie, General Manager at Hotel Maya – a DoubleTree by Hilton.

New Year’s Eve Dinner!

 Fuego New Year’s Eve Dinner is on Saturday, December 31, from 5 p.m. to midnight. This dinner
presents Fuego’s four-course culinary delight starting with a choice of
–Crab and Lobster Cream Bisque or
–Riesling Poached Pear,
the second course includes a choice of
–Burrata Salad or
–Jumbo Sea Scallops;
the third and main course includes the choice of
–Prime Filet Mignon,–Chilean Sea Bass,
–Butter Poached Maine Lobster Tail, or
–Potato Terrine,
a vegetarian selection;
the fourth course with dessert includes
— New Year’s Chocolate Indulgence.

Fuego reservations include
–First seating is accepted between 5 to 8 p.m.
–It includes live entertainment and a champagne toast at $150 plus tax per person;

–Second seating accepted between 9 p.m. to midnight that includes live entertainment,
champagne toast, and party favors at $200 plus tax per person.

–Latin Guitarist Daveed Fernando Alvarado will perform during the first seating reservations playing from 5-9 p.m.
–Mike and the Chemicals will perform during the second seating reservation playing from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m.

– Fuego New Year’s Weekend Brunches on Saturday, December 31, and Sunday, January 1 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.!
Brunch offers many appetizers including:
–Choriqueso,
–Calamari and Shrimp, and Barbacoa Quesadilla.

Fuego’s Sandwiches and Salads include
–Caesar Tijuanerom,
–Totopo Ahi Tuna,
–and the ever-popular Mayan Burger.

Entrees range from
–Eggs Benedict,
–Dulce de Leche French Toast,
–Al pastor Chilaquiles,
–Seafood Crepas,
–Grilled New York Steak and
–Pan-Seared Filet of Salmon.

–Tacos Callejeros with three soft tortilla tacos, garnished with pickled cabbage with Cilantro Lime ChickenAl PastorFish of the Day, and Beef Barbacoa.

–Desserts include
–Vanilla Crème Brȗlée,
–Churros and
–Metropolitano Carmel Flan.

Also, don’t miss the variety of Fuego signature cocktails, wine, and beer. The array of adult beverages is amazing.
The cocktails are great, the range of wines available is terrific, and  Fuego serves several beers!
