Romano’s Macaroni Grill
Macaroni Grill is open from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on Christmas Eve and from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Christmas Day. According to their website, they will be serving all of your Italian favorites for dine-in, take-out, and delivery.
CASTAWAY:
Enjoy panoramic views while dining on a four-course brunch or a la carte dinner on Christmas Eve & Day, Dec. 24-25. Brunch ($79/adults & $35/children) served on both days with chilled seafood, oysters, dragon fruit Waldorf salad, crab cake Benedict, turkey, French toast & pecan cheesecake.

FUEGO AT HOTEL MAYA: Festive Christmas Eve & Day brunches and dinners, with live music, planned Dec. 24-25 at the Latin-infused, waterfront restaurant. Brunch is 11 a.m. – 4 p.m., with such dishes as Choriqueso cheese fondue appetizer, barbacoa quesadilla, Caesar Tijuanero salad, eggs Benedict, cocoa roasted turkey & Taco Callejeros. Holiday family feasts & pies can be pre-ordered for pick-up Dec. 22-24. Dinners serve four to six or six to eight.
Choose from prime rib, turkey breast, ham or a combo, with such sides as stuffing, cranberry sauce, yams, veggies, cornbread & mashed potatoes.
Meals are pre-cooked & require two to three hours to reheat.

The signature restaurant plans several Christmas Eve & Day dining events.
Christmas Eve dinner features such specialties as shrimp & corn, balsamic roasted beets, glazed whole quail & whole Greek branzino.
Christmas Day brunch, from Chef Sean Runyon, offers Cacio e Pepe al Tartufo, New York steak & eggs, lobster Benedict & more.

RUTH’S CHRIS STEAK HOUSE:
Prix-fixe menus are served in-house Christmas Day, Eve & New Year’s Day & Eve, with starter, entree choice of steak & shrimp or surf & turf, plus side & dessert. Or order takeout (serves four) with beef tenderloin, salad, mashed potatoes, creamed spinach & cheesecake. $195, though prices may vary.
