About Dos Hombres
–Dos Hombres, co-founded by actors Bryan Cranston, Aaron Paul, and third-generation
mezcalero Gregorio Velasco, is a mezcal born out of longtime friendship, and love & passion
for the enchanting agave spirit.
–Recognizing their unique opportunity to share mezcal with the world, the team is careful to respect
the origins of mezcal every step of the way.
–Production is led by Gregorio in San Luis del Rio, Oaxaca at the same traditional palenque
where his ancestors have been making mezcal for many decades.

TASTING NOTES:
The aroma of apples and perfectly balanced Espadin agave. Mango and local zapote fruit
intermingle on the palate with freshness and a subtle sweetness. The finish includes a soft
hint of wooden barrels in which Mezcal is fermented with a soft, smooth, and discreet hint
of smoke.

THE SPICY AMIGO – featuring Dos Hombres and PopCorners®
Makes 1 cocktail:

2 oz Dos Hombres Mezcal
-
PopCorners® Spicy Queso
-
3/4 oz fresh lime juice and lime wedges
-
3/4 oz hot honey
-
1/2 oz Aperol
-
Spicy salt
-
Ginger beer
Batching for a crowd (makes ~8):
-
2 cups Dos Hombres Mezcal
-
PopCorners® Spicy Queso
-
6 oz fresh lime juice and lime wedges
-
6 oz hot honey
-
4 oz Aperol
-
Spicy salt
-
Ginger beer
Directions:
–Place a handful of PopCorners® Spicy Queso into a zip-top bag and crush to fine dust
using a rolling pin.
–Combine PopCorners® dust and a pinch of spiced salt onto a plate to taste.
–Run a lime wedge along the rim of a highball glass and dip into the PopCorners® dust and salt
combo to rim the glass.
–Add Dos Hombres Mezcal, lime juice, hot honey, and Aperol into the glass over fresh ice.
–Stir, top with ginger beer, and stir again.
–Garnish with a lime wheel and PopCorners® Spicy Queso as a “snack back!
To batch for a crowd, follow the same directions combining the ingredients into a punchbowl over ice.
Dos Hombres x PopCorners® cocktail recipe,

Bond Fire S’Mores
Ingredients:
1 oz Dos Hombres Mezcal
1.5 oz Brother’s Bond Straight Bourbon Whiskey
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
4 oz Cold Brew Coffee
Directions:
Measure all ingredients with a jigger and pour into mug.
Add ice and stir.
Garnish with a toasted marshmallow.
Es Berry Berry Good
Ingredients:
- 3/4oz Pineapple Juice
Shake all ingredients together, Serve on the rocks
Garnish: Blackberry
Smoky Bandit

Add all ingredients to your shaker and vigorously shake.
Fine strain into a rocks glass.
