Angelenos looking to indulge in eggs-benedict should pay a visit to the international bistro and bar:  Negroni. Egg lovers will be in heaven upon trying the Eggs Benedict ($17), a splurge-worthy dish with soft-boiled eggs, sourdough bread, cured salmon, and a classic hollandaise sauce.
