27th Annual Fashion Group International Rising Star Awards
Returns to Midtown Manhattan
Keynote Speaker Patricia Field to Deliver Remarks, with Presenters Nigel Barker,
LaQuan Smith, and More!
Next week, the 27th annual Fashion Group International (FGI) Rising Star Awards returns to fete the most
promising new talent in fashion, beauty, and related industries. The glittering roster of star presenters include
keynote speaker and renowned fashion icon Patricia Field, and a glittering roster of star presenters including
Nigel Barker, LaQuan Smith, and more.
The annual awards ceremony has also revamped its awards categories for the 2023 edition with a new slate of
gender-inclusive categories recognizing finalists in fashion, accessories, fine jewelry, beauty, sustainability, retail,
collaborations, and related categories.
The ticketed red-carpet luncheon will take place in New York City on May 8, 2023, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., at
The Lighthouse at Chelsea Piers.
