Mike Vitale is a terrific musician and one of my friends. I have known him for more than 10 years.. and he’s heading out
on a CROSS-COUNTRY TOUR!! If you haven’t heard his music, you should see him in concert. He’s GREAT!

From Mike Vitale:
I have been making efforts to reach out to friends as well. I have also been booking through various house concert
platforms to whom I pay yearly subscriptions!
It is a joy and privilege to play these types of concerts, and I have been getting up at 5 am every day in order to
will my purpose into existence.
What is my purpose?
My purpose and mission in life is to try and leave this place better than how I found it. To pay it forward.
I wish to write songs that inspire, let people know they are not alone in how they feel, that they spread
positive messages, draws attention to my life and the mistakes I have made (so that people may know
that they are not alone in being imperfect), to tell stories about my life so that people can laugh, smile,
and find joy in my whimsy as a human being, to create allegories, to spread positive messages, and
most importantly: to bring a room full of people together and to entertain them with my story.
That is spreading good vibes. That is good music.
As with everything in life, whether it is playing in a band, or anything really: I can’t do this alone. I will try. However, the truth is this: we do beautiful, amazing, and definitive good by working together, being honest, and helping each other. I can use your help if you have any to give.
I wish to illustrate my latest effort.
I wrote a song about the most difficult topic I have ever attempted to write about. I lost faith in myself on several occasions, in the process of its creation. I started writing it approximately three years ago. I wear so many hats, that it is difficult to put aside the time to write on occasion. My dream is to eventually have people help me with the business-related stuff, so that I can focus all my efforts on writing, arranging, producing, creating, and releasing music.
It is such a sensitive subject, that I do not feel it a good idea to explain to you what that is. Instead, I ask to show you, rather than tell you.
I believe in its message. I believe in you. I believe in everyone because we are all someone. We are all important. We are all a beautiful gift to each other. Without exception. Life is a journey, and we are the hero of our own story that we write every
day with every action.
Wait Until Tomorrow
Words and Music by Michael Patrick Vitale
There are crests are trough and crests and trough in a beam of light
And it’s traveling faster than anything else just to bring you something bright
And I myself have often forgot its urgency to greet my eyes
When I’m burdened by the rougher waves of my mistakes while I’m living life
There are crests and trough and crests and troughs in this melody
And it’s carefully crafted in words and love and harmony
And although we may not be acquainted or have the pleasure of being friends
It’s a humble gift to anyone who feels the cycle of suffering never ends
But it can wait until tomorrow
It can wait another day
Give it a bit more thought
Reach out to hear what friends have to say
You and I- we’re a party of two
But perhaps if you feel the world would be better off without you
It can wait until tomorrow
Please wait another day
My next song is Afro-Cuban. It is a traditional Guajira.
It is about Cuba and its beautiful people and culture and my sincere and deep hope that
they may soon be free.
You may join me on my Patreon page as a backer if you would like to watch me write it or
if you would like to contribute to my efforts as a creator.
That is what I am: a creator. What I am not: a destroyer.
Should we focus through the narrow scope of black and white dichotomy,
that is where I align myself: creation. Always and forever.
I am also raising funds for my tour. You may contribute here: https://gofund.me/4fde555e
Anyone who contributes, no matter the amount, receives a download copy of my unreleased album DESERT DOGS.
It is 13 songs. I am proud of its contents, its vibe, intention, and message as well.
I will send it as soon as I humanly can which is normally the same day of the contribution if I am away from home.
