Just for dad, enjoy Fuego’s Father’s Day weekend brunch specialties at the ultimate waterfront location in Long Beach on Saturday, June 17, and Sunday, June 18,
from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.. Reservations are requiredLive entertainment from
Brophy Dale Trio will perform on both days from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Father’s Day guests can also enjoy Fuego’s specialty Bourbon cocktails, including
“Revolver” made with bourbon, coffee liqueur, two dashes of orange bitters, and an
orange peel; and
–“Bourbon Old Fashioned” made with bourbon, simple syrup, three dashes of Angostura bitters, and an orange twist.

“Fuego is set to offer its traditional Father’s Day specials like Kielbasa, ribs and steak with its ever-popular Latin style and flavor,” said Greg Guthrie, General Manager at Hotel Mayaa DoubleTree by Hilton. “Dad’s day will be filled with great food, live music on the patio and specialty cocktails, along with draft beer and bourbon specials.”

What’s on the Menu!

Fuego Executive Chef Victor Juarez’s Father’s Day Weekend Brunch menu
–includes starters, salads, and breads like the Shrimp Mercado, with chipotle tomato
broth, pickled red onions, cucumber, avocado, jicama, scallions, and fried corn tortillas;
–a Mayan Burger is a half-pounder Angus patty with cheddar or Swiss cheese, lettuce,
tomato, red onion, and pickle; applewood smoked bacon and avocado are extra.
–The Kielbasa Smoked Sausage is a grilled Kielbasa sausage, whole grain mustard, and grilled onions on a Hoagie roll.

Father’s Day Entrees include
Pork Ribs with Jack Daniel’s barbeque sauce, steak potatoescole slaw, and jalapeño corn bread.
–The Grilled New York Steak is served with red chimichurri sauce, Gorgonzola cheese, tomatoes, steak potatoes, arugula salad, and fresh avocado.
–The Machaca and Eggs is scrambled eggs, potatoes, shredded beef, cheese, ranchero sauce, pico de gallo and avocado.
And –Fuego’s special Ropa Vieja is a Cuban-style braised short rib, black bean puréecrisp corn tortillas, pickled cabbage, caramelized plantains, and serrano cream.

Taco Callejeros offers four specialty taco choices including Al Pastor, slow-roasted pork shoulder, onion, cilantro, pineapple, and chile Morita.

Father’s Day features four desserts: including Metropolitano Carmel Flan, Mexican custard, pineapple-strawberry pico, caramel, and cinnamon crisp.

 

 

Fuego’s Father’s Day guests can also enjoy a Fuego “Smoky Bloody Mary,” along with draft beer and craft Lagunitas IPA beer. Fuego will also be providing complimentary 100ml tiny bottles of alcohol for all fathers along with other items.

Fuego, the modern, Latin-infused indoor-outdoor restaurant, and lounge, offers a unique seaside setting featuring 13-foot-tall glass walls that fully retract with seating on the patio area. Fuego restaurant is open daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday to Thursday and 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
