I see the winter holidays as an opportunity to celebrate many events: Hanukah, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Boxing Day, Kwanzaa along with other holidays
as well as being able to share your time with family and friends.
Filthy Añejo Old Fashioned
Ingredients:
Ingredients:2 oz Anejo Tequila
.25 oz Filthy Black Cherry Syrup
3 dashes Chocolate Bitters
2 Filthy Black Cherries for garnish
METHOD:
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice & stir.
Strain over large ice cubes in an old-fashioned glass.
Garnish with 2 Filthy Black Cherries.
Cutwater Horchata Vodka White Russian
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Cutwater Horchata Vodka
1.5 oz coffee
1 oz heavy cream or half & half
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a pint glass.
Add crushed ice and swizzle until frosty on the outside of the glass.

Cutwater Horchata GrasshopperIngredients:
Ingredients: 1 oz Cutwater Horchata Vodka
1 oz Crème de Cocoa (white)
1 oz Crème de Menthe (green)
1 oz cream
(For extra decadence, substitute a large scoop of mint chocolate chip ice cream and toss into a blender Whipped cream and shaved chocolate)
Directions:
Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
Add ice and shake until cold.
Strain into an up glass and top with whipped cream and shaved chocolate.
Proper MochaIngredients:
Ingredients: 1 oz Proper No. Twelve
.75 oz Crème de Cacao
.25 oz Coffee Liqueur
4 oz Coffee
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a footed glass.
Top with whipped cream and garnish with cocoa powder.
PROPER HOPPER
Ingredients:
1 oz Proper No. Twelve Irish Whiskey
.5 oz Creme de Cacao
.5 oz Creme de Menthe
1 oz Heavy Cream
Directions:
Shake and strain over crushed ice.
Garnish with chocolate shavings and/or Mint Spring.
