According to Kathryn Finney (shown above),
In early 2003, we created a blog called "The Budget Fashionista", with the goal of helping the world (and myself) be fabulous for less. I’ve become an expert on issues like shopping, fashion trends, blogging, fashion advice for REAL women, and the use of Jedi mind tricks to reduce credit card interest rates. The popularity of my blog led to a book (How to Be a Budget Fashionista), which led to television (NBC’s Today Show, Fox, CNN, and numerous family movies), which will hopefully lead to a fashionable but debt-free life.
Finney will be making personal appearances across the country, telling you how to be fabulous for MUCH less!
New York, Hartford, Boston, Chicago, Minneapolis, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Dallas, Atlanta, Philadelphia, New York, Washington, DC throughout the month of June.
This is one cool book that is a MUST HAVE for every fashionista in training- particularly those who don’t like paying the price tags that they see in department stores or want to maximize their fashion dollars. I even learned a few things and I certainly needed to know how to UNSHRINK a cashmere sweater!!
Thanks Kathryn for the tips!!
GET the book.. you won’t be sorry!
