Malin Akerman, swung by to try out some suki skincare – adding that she’s always keen on natural skincare lines, as her complexion is super sensitive.
Independent Spirit Awards Goes 3D at LG Cinema 3D HDTV Gift Lounge!
Before we get caught up in Oscar fervor, let’s dig into the Independent Spirit Awards. I have to say that this particular event had some real twists going on. Given that this awards event is on the beach, you can expect a more casual and laid-back attitude and that’s pretty much what you got. Also the weather was abnormally chilly and rain hit hard on Saturday afternoon through the evening so people were heading into the lounges and tents for warmth and also to check out the array of products.

New Years Day: Disneyland Gets Pirate-Crazy! Photo Essay Part 2
If you thought I had a lot of photos yesterday, there’s a lot more today from New Years Day trip through Disneyland. We got there so early that we were able to see a lot – and could have eaten at the Blue Bayou for a brunch that would have been well worth the $$$ and with great table service.. but alas.. we had already eaten around the corner at the Riverbelle Terrace– where they were serving up mouse shaped pancakes eyes, nose and mouth filled in with chocolate chips, cherries and raisins. (lots of sugar rush out of that one!) Have to say that compared to some of the food in the park, the pancakes are pretty good- just don’t give me a mouse on my plate.
