What’s the point of this new series? Carson says: Before you can appear sexy, you have to believe you are sexy, so go ahead and indulge yourself. “How to Look Good Naked” airs Fridays at 9 pm et/pt. on LIFETIME TV on your local cable/satellite station.
What’s this all about? It’s about you, me and all our bff’s — because do you really love how you look?


Let’s get really honest here– after all, it’s just you and moi, right? I am not happy with parts of my body. I have body issues too. I was once a size 14-16.. (post baby) and got myself slim (Shape success story here). Then I decided it’s time to work on those abs more and get myself FIT– and so I kept working out. However the body I have isn’t what I always see in my head.
I have this enormous problem trying to find clothing that accentuates the best part of me and not the worst. (shapeless tent dresses don’t work for me).

No matter if you are a size 2; have thunder thighs and are bootylicious; or need to lose 10-15-20 or more pounds– we all have questions and issues. We can still dress well to show off our body and the entire point of this series is to show us that we are beautiful– and that we have the ability to change how we see our body so that everyone else sees us as beautiful too!
So check out this show! It’s not sexist– it’s about making you love yourself more ( me included) and getting in tune that you are a gorgeous woman and have a lot to offer. Love yourself and everyone else will too. We are own worst critics! It’s time to love ourselves as we are.
