yes….. hot, popular, eminently drinkable and did I mention EASY??
So easy to make that anyone can do this.
While I love to play bartender when I have parties and create a drink of the day, what I found that sometimes in my *recipe*, I forget something and I don’t measure too much- it’s all via eyeballing things.
Well that doesn’t work for everyone. So in order to keep things simple, (the KISS method — Keep It Simple Sweetie).., there is a company I have turned to that requires a few more bottles of premixed MIXERS and a few other things but a lot less in the way of outrageous ingredients and a lot less bartending skill.
Where do you find this magical mixes? Stirrings! Stirrings.com and also in stores across the country have come up with a fantastic assortment of drinks that you can concoct easily. One caveat–READ the bottle to find out exactly what additional things beyond liquor you need. Could be club soda, or tonic water or other things. Also a few garnishes are nice but not necessary.
( this is not the photo for the drink below– they didn’t have one– so I grabbed the best looking drink out there. This is the Pomegranite Martini or often called the Santa-tini.)
Recipe : SUNBURST
SUNBURST– the perfect kick-off to the New Year ..
Bring out a bit of sunshine every time you drink this great drink! Sweet taste of lemon and smiles is all you need to enjoy this treat.
2 part Bacardi Limon,
1 part Stirrings Lemon Drop
a splash of Stirrings Tangerini
Fill cocktail shaker with ice and Bacardi, and Mixers
. Shake vigorously! Pour into martini glass, sip and feel the sunshine all around you!

Don’t tell them your secret– just let them keep guessing but do have them give you the $$ to buy the liquor. FYI: the Mojitos ROCK!! My last party, we went through 20 (yes twenty) pitchers of mojitos. I was making the pitchers up 2 at a time because they were so popular. Yes they were very popular!
