Chocolate is a hot item and gourmand chocolate even more so– particularly because so few people 1) know about it and 2) are able to find it and 3) willing to fork over some dinero for seriously great chocolate— enough to make one swoon!

This is gourmand /gourmet chocolate at its peak. There are very few brands that compete at this level. I hesitate to ask Tami which is her favorite because each has its own unique flavor and presentation- much like asking someone to choose one favorite beer or wine when there are different ones for different occasions and depends on the type of food you are eating. However with chocoholics– is there ever NOT a good time? When it comes to gourmet chocolate, I can’t imagine a brand being preferred over another– except for specific presentations or flavors.

The holy grail of chocolates — or close enough to make one duke it out– this brand has such tempting things that Tami has me salivating over a web page and her blog. It’s truly about the passion– of all things chocolate.
