is partnering up to help benefit Breast Cancer Angels—
a local support group that helps those with breast cancer directly. While other breast cancer agencies and projects support research, this program actually helps those women and their families, providing them will assistance like food, housing, clothing, medical co-pays and treatment expenses, as well as emotional support and other needs.
Breast Cancer Angels assist women (and men) in treatment for breast cancer. They currently help about 70 women in Southern California, with 50 children in those families.

Now is the time for giving. It’s a hard time economically for everyone– but for those with breast cancer, it’s even worse. Breast Cancer Angels networks with patient care coordinators at breast cancer centers and other support agencies to complete the circle of care for women going through breast cancer treatment. They are currently assisting 70 women in 4 counties. There are over 50 children in these families.

Some of their clients were homeless when they were sent to them. Some needed food or help with their rent or utilities. They all needed to know that someone cared.
