Debra Messing was recently spotted in New York City at the 2009 Tribeca Film Festival held at the Supreme Courthouse for the Vanity Fair Party on April 21.
Debra was seen wearing Siera Fine Jewelry Debra wore Siera blue sapphire earrings and a Siera red sapphire and champagne diamond ring for this special evening!!
