I have to say this was one of the safest devices I have seen in a long time. The instructor reminds you consistently on form. I was easily able to master the moves (ok.. for those who haven’t been working out, it will take you longer. I work out daily, sometimes 2x a day.) This is one great little device and for those who haven’t worked out, it will kick your fat burning metabolism into gear!
This is the TV informercial– and it’s 28 minutes long. So don’t watch this all unless you have time!
This is worth the $$ for the device. If you are concerned about warranty you can add extended warranty on it. Make sure you follow the first two videos a lot before you attempt to move on. Once you master those, you could watch regular TV and do these moves. SO EASY and fun!! Talk about an easy way to get fit!!

This became part of my regular routine for a long time. I like this product. I would recommend it to anyone except children and teens who should do it with supervision. You MUST use the DVDS to learn how to use this. If you don’t, you can injure yourself. The DVDs are critical to the use of this machine. Do not think you can do this without them. GET MY DRIFT? I went through EVERY DVD several times (at least 1-2 weeks every day) before I moved on. I would take sections of older DVDs and do those first and then add in parts of newer ones to learn them slower. Get great abs, and crank up your metabolism with this fun, easy and dancey workout that you can do sitting down until you are ready to do it standing up.
I can’t say that about everything I do– and this is awesome.
