California Pink Lemonade Martini in Honor of Barbie’s 53rd Birthday
1 1/2 oz. Hotel California Blanco Tequila
3 oz. Raspberry Lemonade
1/2 oz. Cointreau
3 Strawberries (cut up)
Drizzle of Agave Nectar
1 Egg White
Muddle the Strawberries and the Agave Nectar in the Mixing Glass. Add ice and remaining ingredients. Shake well, until frothy. Strain into a martini glass that is half rimmed with Dress The Drink Orange/Lemon/Raspberry Blend and a Dress The Drink Orange/Lemon/Raspberry Fruit Chip.
Tasty, fun and fruity, it’s a great cocktail for spring and summer events!
