It’s going to be EASTER soon and you need to make some plans PRONTO! Out here on the west coast, there are lots of places but nothing says So. California than a place near the beach! Hopefully sunny weather will make sipping champagnezinc@shade, the craft kitchen inside Manhattan Beach’s luxury boutique Shade Hotel welcomes guests and families gather for their multi-station gourmet Easter Brunch buffet feast beginning at 8 a.m. on Easter Sunday, March 31.

Among the egg dishes are freshly scrambled eggs, Eggs Benedict;
classic and Grand Marnier French toast,
side selections of house-made hash browns, bacon, sausage and chicken habanero sausage.
At two cooking stations,
custom-order scrambles and omelets, and
another station stack up on pancakes with natural maple syrup, whipped butter and assorted fresh toppings. Additional breakfast offerings include a delicious array of breakfast breads, bagels, cream cheese, lox and capers, along with yogurt, cottage cheese, granola and parfaits.

Seeking lunch?
You will find a NY Strip carving station,
a cedar-plank baked salmon with fresh lemon,
along with roasted Brussels sprouts with smoked bacon, oven-roasted fingerling potatoes,
assortments of crudités with dipping sauces,
various tea sandwiches,
and kid-friendly “plain” grilled cheese.

For the salad set,
zinc@shade’s Endless Summer, Sedona Grilled Chicken, and meatless Chop salads,
plus in the sweet endings are several mini desserts, fresh-baked cookies and a fresh fruit platter.

The zinc@shade Easter Brunch will be served from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday, March 31. The cost is $35 per person ($25 for children under 12) and includes coffee, tea and soda.
Juice, espresso beverages and alcoholic drinks will be available at additional cost.
