If you are a fan of LMFAO and have seen then in 2013, you should know the name DJ Dainjazone. He’s been DJ-ing for LMFAO for over a year–2012.
If you don’t know who he is, here’s a bit of his official bio:
In an era where anybody can buy a lap top and call themselves a DJ, Dainjazone stresses creativity and structure to separate him from the rest. He has traveled the country as a student of the game, inspired by the best djs to polish his style and to provoke his innovative ways. Dainjazone is no stranger to spinning on the road. He has worked clubs and events outside of LA in cities such as; Boston, Reno, Chicago, Scottsdale, Baltimore, Cleveland, Portland, Dallas, Orlando, Salt Lake City, Denver, Louisville and San Diego.
In a city where politics run the show, Dainjazone discovered a loophole in the industries set ways by earning a residency on LMFAO’s Party Rock Wednesdays at world famous Drai’s Hollywood. He holds a monthly residency at Kress and continues to get booked around Hollywood and greater LA. Dainjazone has not only created a name for himself in the club world, but DJs are becoming fans and avid listeners as he co-hosts The MikiDz Show. Every Monday night DJs from around the world get to watch Dainjazone and MikiWAR interview and share the tables with big name DJs such as Qbert, Z-Trip, Melo-D, Scene, Vice, and Spryte. The show gets hundreds on line viewers and hits every week via DJcity.com/MikiDzShow
Being that Dainjazone is categorized as a new wave DJ, he is the prime example for the new era on how to break down barriers in this business. From sharing stages with acts such as LMFAO, Far East Movement and Hyper Crush, to rocking world famous clubs, co-hosting a DJ famous online show, having representation by an elite agency, consistently being ranked in the top 500 for podcast downlaods around the world, and holding residencies, Dainjazone owns the right to be titled “Leader Of The New School”
.
To back up what I have in the podcast interview with DJ Dainjazone, here is a print interview that puts things into real time sequence and gives you more of the real man behind the turntables. It’s almost the same thing that I have on the podcast but there are details that are in this print interview that I don’t have and there are details I have that are not in that interview. .
